Normal Order Production Time:

Unless otherwise noted at the checkout page, orders are normally verified and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that UPS does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Back Orders:

Unless otherwise noted at the checkout page, back orders will be filled as soon as the product is available. Please allow two full weeks for all custom design orders.

Return Policy:

We will stand behind our product, as we want you to be happy with your purchase:

  Damages will be shipped back to us and repaired or replaced within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving the merchandise.
  If you are unhappy with your purchase, all returns must be sent back within 30 days of your purchase. We will credit your account at the time we receive the product. Product must be returned in “new” condition accompanied with tags and receipt of purchase.
  Refunds will not be given for worn or old merchandise.
  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  Customer will not be credited or refunded for the shipping costs.
  Refunds are issued back to the original card used for purchase. No exceptions.
